This Has always been a popular debate. In my opinion both machines are fantastic but I favor the PS3 slightly. My reasoning lies behind the no hidden fees theory that PS3 supports. Online play on PS3 is all free while it cost 100$ for Xbox live membership. And a 70$ wifi plug must be purchased vs. PS3 which is already included. Also the Xbox does have one fatal flaw on top of this which is the RED RING OF DEATH as it is called. 1 out of every 3 Xboxes is rendered useless after about a year of use. Of course it will be repaired under the warranty but this still remains a hassle.
